Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious, high-energy Vice President (VP) of Sales to
join the leadership team in our Irvine, California HQ. This individual will be
responsible for defining, developing, and executing Chargezoom's sales
strategy. As VP of Sales, you'll play a vital role in scaling our business,
driving our go-to-market initiatives, and strengthening our market position.

* _Responsibilities: *_

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategies that maximizes
Chargezoom's market potential.
Manage and scale a high-performance sales team, instilling a culture of
accountability, professionalism, and high-performance.
Provide hands-on coaching and professional development to sales team members.
Closely monitor and report on sales performance metrics to the CEO and board.
Identify new business opportunities, build key customer relationships,
negotiate and close business deals.
Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation strategies.
Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
Engage with our product team to help shape product development based on market
needs.
Establish strong relationships with key industry players, agencies, and
vendors.

* _Qualifications: *_

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA
preferred.
Proven experience as a VP of Sales, Sales Director, or similar senior role in
a SaaS-based business, preferably in the fintech industry.
Proven ability to articulate a vision and strategy in a way that inspires and
motivates a team and focuses their energy on achieving business goals.
Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong familiarity with AI tools that can increase efficiency of sales team
Strong business sense with a deep understanding of the fintech market and
current trends.
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization,
including executive and C-level.
Experience with sales intelligence and buyer intent platforms.
Experience working with HubSpot CRM software.

**Compensation:**
Base Salary: $175,000
On Target Earnings (OTE): $350,000

Note: We will consider the a remote VP, though we would require that they go
into a co-working space or office (that we provide), to directly oversee and
manage an SDR and AE team. It is important that this "hands-on" VP develop and
coach new team members directly at our stage.
