Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a VP of Engineering. The VP of Engineering
will oversee all aspects of software development, including project
management, team leadership, and product development. The VP of Engineering
will be responsible for managing a high-performing engineering team and
developing and executing a software development strategy that meets the needs
of the business and its customers. Must be able to work closely with the
executive team, product team and other business stakeholders to design and
execute the best product.

Qualifications
Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills at other high growth
startups
Experience in managing and leading high-performing engineering teams
Software Development and Product Development skills
Experience in developing and executing a software development strategy that
meets the needs of the business and its customers
Project Management skills and experience working with remote engineering teams
in Europe and South America
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet
deadlines
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Work closely with the Product team to design/build the best product and
solutions
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience in the real estate or property management (proptech) industry is a
plus, but not necessary
