We’re at an exciting inflection point as a company - as a small team of 9, we
have grown SBC to 12M in annual revenue in five years by offering a portfolio

200M over the next three years by growing as a tech-enabled business.
To help us accomplish this, we’re looking for an innovative, motivated and
talented leader to build and lead our Client Solutions organization (including
the Programs, Marketing, and Customer Support teams). Reporting directly to
the COO, the VP of Client Solutions will be an integral part of the leadership
team, responsible for focusing on our clients and how we can create better,
quicker results for them by optimizing our end-to-end client lifecycle - from
marketing through program completion to renewal.
### **How you’ll make an impact:**
**For each program:**
* _Set program strategy_ in alignment with our business goals, desired client experience, client feedback and market opportunity.
* _Execute flawlessly_ by focusing on building and executing repeatable processes. This includes nailing program launches, providing seamless virtual, live and self-paced learning, ensuring effective customer support, and creating a cohesive experience between our programs, digital products and events.
* _Optimize programs_ by enhancing the end-to-end client experience, increasing value for our clients and decreasing the time it takes for them to make their money back (our north star metric).
* _Own metrics and reporting_ for each program, including developing KPIs and program dashboards.
**Across your Client Solutions org:**
* _Set the vision and strategy_ for optimizing SBC’s programs, digital products, and events, including articulating it to team members and stakeholders in a way that creates buy-in and alignment.
* _Design and build out your organization_ , including identifying organizational structure and needed roles (including contractors, vendors and full time employees), and conducting hiring for said roles.
* _Challenge, develop, coach and empower your teams_ (Program Management, Customer Support, and Marketing, ~5 people at present); working daily to create an optimum environment for impact.
**Across the company:**
* Be a thought partner to the CEO, COO and CTO around programatic, client and business opportunities, helping shape the direction and growth of the company.
* Partner with the Engineering team to develop technology solutions that increase program value and impact.

* **Proven experience building out and managing a multi-level team across several different specialties.**
* **Experience working at a start-up, ideally being an early member (1-10).**
* **The ability to balance the big picture and details.**
* **An data-driven/analytical approach balanced with exceptional client focus**
* **Technical know-how.**

* **The ability to travel internationally a few times a year.**
