We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Service Interns to join our team.
As a Financial Service Intern, you will be shadowing seasoned Agent/Advisors
while they provide comprehensive financial services to our clients. This is an
excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to create a strong background
in this business as a Licensed field agent, also for those with a passion for
helping individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals. Open to
transitioning DoD Service Members as well.
`Responsibilities`
* Learn to conduct thorough financial assessments for clients to determine their current financial situation and future goals
* Learn to develop personalized financial plans based on clients' needs and objectives
* Learn to provide guidance on growth strategies, asset allocation, and portfolio management
* Learn to assist clients with planning and optimization strategies
* Expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial planning
* Learn to build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service
* Learn to collaborate with other professionals, such as Attorneys, CPAs, Debt Specialists or Estate Planners, to provide comprehensive asset and wealth management solutions
* Actively participate in business development activities to expand the client base
`Qualifications`
* Must be a U.S. Citizen and reside in the United States of America.
* Strong analytical skills with general proficiency in math and financial calculations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
* Proficient in using financial software applications and tools
