Job Description

As a Venture Architect at City Innovations, you will be the chief storyteller,

scalable results.

In this pivotal role, you will not only design and execute new business plans
and strategies but also create narratives that resonate deeply with customers,
investors, and key stakeholders. Your ability to tell a powerful story will
shape the perception and success of our ventures, fostering long-term
relationships and driving client satisfaction through proactive engagement and
strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the “Storyteller” by developing and communicating compelling narratives that effectively convey the vision, value proposition, and strategic goals of new ventures. Ensure these stories resonate with customers, investors, and key stakeholders.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading the strategic and operational aspects of project delivery from inception to completion.
* Actively engage in the design and execution of new business plans and strategies to drive the launch of innovative services and products.
* Utilize the **Lean Canvas** for rapid business model validation, identifying viable market opportunities and defining clear, measurable metrics.
* Apply the **Jobs to Be Done** framework to deeply understand client needs and tailor solutions that directly address those needs.
* Conduct experiments and validations using the **Market Validation Funnel** to refine product features and market strategies.
* Facilitate **Google Design Sprints** to rapidly prototype and test ideas, reducing time to market and enhancing product-market fit.
* Manage a Client Satisfaction NPS program to understand customer satisfaction and identify metrics/areas of improvement.
* Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences with the services and products and communicate this feedback to the product development team to inform future improvements.
* Drive growth by “being a farmer”, ensuring customer renewals and identifying new opportunities for upselling or expanding the client portfolio and the usage of the services within existing customer accounts.
* Collaborate closely with teams across the organization, including market, product development, sales, and marketing to align efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to customer budget and client success.
