As we grow, we are looking for a highly motivated and talented UX Designer to
join our team and help shape the future of real estate technology.
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a passionate and creative UX Designer with 3-5 years of
experience, ideally within a startup environment. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for designing user-centric experiences across our suite of Copilot
tools, ensuring that our products are intuitive, accessible, and delightful to
use.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to
understand user needs and business goals.
Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively
communicate design ideas.
Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Create user flows, personas, and journey maps to guide the design process.
Work closely with developers to ensure the design is accurately implemented.
Stay up-to-date with UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously
improve our product experiences.
Advocate for the user throughout the product development process, ensuring
that usability and accessibility are top priorities.
**Qualifications:**
3-5 years of UX design experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced
environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects, demonstrating a deep
understanding of user-centered design principles.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Familiarity with web and mobile design best practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Bonus Qualifications:**
Experience in the real estate industry or with SaaS products.
Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and the ability
to collaborate effectively with developers.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines (e.g., WCAG).
