**Job Description:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic User Researcher to join our
team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding user behavior
and translating insights into actionable recommendations. You will play a
crucial role in shaping the user experience of Teazy by conducting research,
gathering feedback, and providing data-driven insights.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Plan and conduct user research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic research.
* Analyze and interpret research data to uncover user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
* Communicate research findings through clear and actionable reports and presentations.
* Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to incorporate user insights into product development and strategy.
**Qualifications:**
* Proven experience as a User Researcher, UX Researcher, or similar role.
* Strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
* Experience with user research tools and platforms (e.g., UserTesting, SurveyMonkey).
* Familiarity with design thinking and user-centered design principles.
* Basic knowledge of UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
