As a UI/UX Engineer at Phenotype, you will leverage your design and technical
expertise to turn complex problems into elegant, user-centric solutions. If
you are passionate about creating seamless and enjoyable user experiences, we

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
* Translate concepts into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
* Design and implement user interfaces and user experiences that align with industry best practices and standards.
* Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to make data-driven design decisions.
* Optimize UI/UX designs for mobile and web platforms.
* Create and maintain design systems and style guides.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
* Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the UI/UX design process within the organization.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and development.
* Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision, etc.).
* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
* Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
* Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
* Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work and projects.
