**Company:**

Jordan Craig (part of Brian Brothers) is a leading streetwear brand
specializing in premium denim and contemporary apparel. As we continue
enhancing our digital presence, we are seeking a talented Technical Marketing
Engineer to join our marketing team.

**Location:**

New Jersey or New York (remote within NJ/NY area)

**Responsibilities:**

* Continual Website Redesign and Optimization: Lead ongoing efforts to redesign and optimize our e-commerce website on Shopify Plus to enhance user experience (UX) and maximize conversion rates. Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and development teams to implement improvements aligned with brand objectives.
* Front-end Development: Manage CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies to ensure the website performs seamlessly across devices. Implement responsive design and accessibility standards to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
* SEO Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and execute robust SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility, traffic, and rankings on Shopify Plus. Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits. Monitor SEO performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Strategy: Develop and implement CRO strategies to improve conversion rates throughout the customer journey on Shopify Plus. Conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and optimize website elements to enhance user experience and drive revenue growth.
* CRO Execution and Testing: Continuously test and optimize website elements such as CTAs, forms, and checkout processes to maximize conversions on Shopify Plus. Utilize data-driven insights and tools to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
* Pixel and API Management: Ensure accurate implementation and management of tracking pixels for analytics, remarketing, and advertising purposes on Shopify Plus. Integrate APIs with third-party platforms to streamline operations and improve marketing effectiveness.
* Marketplace Setup and Optimization: Lead the setup and optimization of our presence on Amazon and other marketplaces. Manage product listings, optimize content for search and conversion, and ensure seamless integration with Shopify Plus inventory and order management systems.
* Technical Marketing Support: Provide technical support and collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot website issues and maintain optimal performance on Shopify Plus. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
* Content Management System (CMS) Maintenance: Maintain and update content on the company's CMS (Shopify) to ensure accuracy, relevance, and SEO optimization. Collaborate with content creators to align content with marketing goals.
* Marketing Technology Evaluation and Implementation: Stay updated on emerging marketing technologies and tools. Evaluate their potential impact on marketing efforts and lead implementation projects to leverage new tools effectively.
* User Experience (UX) Optimization: Conduct UX audits to improve website usability, navigation, and overall user experience. Implement changes to enhance conversion rates and reduce bounce rates.
* Compliance and Data Privacy: Ensure marketing efforts comply with relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Implement measures to protect customer data and maintain trust with users.
* Customer Feedback Analysis: Monitor customer feedback channels (e.g., surveys, reviews, social media) to gather insights and identify areas for improvement in marketing strategies and website functionality.

**Additional Skills (Bonus):**

Experience with Google Ads and Amazon Ads is a plus.

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical marketing role within mid-sized e-commerce brands.
* Extensive experience with Shopify Plus, including setup, customization, and optimization.
* Proven track record of managing website redesigns, front-end development, SEO, and CRO strategies.
* Strong proficiency in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and other relevant front-end technologies.
* Experience with pixel management, API integrations, and marketplace setup, particularly Amazon.
* Familiarity with CMS maintenance, content optimization, and SEO best practices.
* Ability to analyze customer feedback channels (surveys, reviews, social media) for actionable insights.
* Demonstrated success in optimizing user experience (UX) and implementing technical improvements.
* Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and compliance in marketing activities.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. An MBA or Master’s degree in Computer Science is preferred.
* Located in New Jersey or New York for tax compliance reasons.
