Technical Lead and a key leadership team member, providing sound technical

* Communicate technology strategy to partners, investors, and stakeholders.

* Proven experience in similar roles.
* Deep understanding of technological trends and the ability to translate them into actionable strategies.
* Demonstrates a resourceful and tenacious approach to problem-solving.
* Possesses a "get things done" attitude and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Maintains a positive and can-do attitude even in challenging situations.
* A passion for building and scaling tech products.
* A bachelor's degree/master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

* Experience in the FinTech or AI industry.

* Speak Spanish or Portuguese.
