By Default CMO is seeking a visionary technologist to join as Co-founder and
Chief Technology Officer for our exciting early-stage startup, developing a
cutting-edge productivity tool - a marketing audit system - for B2B marketers.

### Role Overview

As Co-founder CTO, you'll be instrumental in shaping the technical direction
and product development. You'll lead the engineering team, drive innovation,
and play a key role in the company's strategic decisions.

### Must haves:

* 5+ years of work experience of software development & full-stack web development background (with Start-up experience)
* Ability to build a SaaS product, make quick decisions, disagree and commit & experiment a lot.
* Strong communication skill & ability to speak on behalf of technological side of product.
* Entrepreneurial spirit & willingness to support the company in various aspects of growing a start-up
* Ability to lead and manage technical team as the company grows & attract talent
* Knowledge & experience of building productivity tools, collaboration software, or SaaS platforms
* Experience with real-time collaboration features and data synchronization
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Has the ability to get the things done - a doer.

### Good to have:

* Proven track record of delivering complex software projects
* Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
* Familiarity with marketing landscape & enjoy the subject

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop, lead and execute the technical vision and strategy for our product
* Architect scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions
* Make critical technology stack decisions
* Establish best practices for software development, testing, and deployment
* Represent the company's technical vision to investors, partners, and customers
* Lead the development and scaling of our MVP into a fully developed, cutting-edge platform.
* Define and implement technical strategies ensuring the solution meets business needs
