We are looking for a technical co-founder to join us at Next Thought AI to
democratize access to federal funding for biomedical research ($41B in NIH
funding per year). Next Thought AI’s first product, Grant Teacher AI, is a
personal grant coach that helps researchers write better grant applications.
This is the first of a suite of models we hope to build to help researchers
communicate their ideas effectively and democratize innovation. We are looking
for a software engineer and employee #1 who wants to be on the ground floor of
a new platform to enable scientists to communicate their ideas.

**Full-Stack Development Lead** : Own the end-to-end development process,
driving the design, development, and deployment of our growing suite of AI
products.
**Generative AI Maverick** : Harness the power of AI, working with LLMs like
GPT-4, to engineer prompts to write content and fine-tune models to analyze
grant applications to enhance scientific communication.
**Scientific Prose Analyst** : Develop and leverage your expertise in
technical writing, optimizing content to support researchers.
**Product Visionary** : Work alongside our founders, shaping the direction of
future products, and ideating groundbreaking tools for the global scientific
community.
