We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Sales Executive to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of larger, strategic,
enterprise brand deals and establishing strong client relationships. Your
primary focus will be on designing and executing short and long-term plans to
increase adoption among assigned Brand Partners, close deals, and drive repeat
business.

To excel in this role, you should have creativity, the ability to customize
proposals and solutions that meet clients strategic business objectives,
specifically in the digital and brand marketing space. A bonus if you have
sports marketing activation, influencer/social media, and/or creative
experience.

Responsibilities:

* Sell larger, strategic brand deals and meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned Brand partner accounts.
* Develop and execute effective new business development processes to generate leads and acquire new Brand Partners.
* Negotiate pricing, scopes of services, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Change Orders to meet evolving business requirements.
* Implement key account growth strategies into Brand Partner enablement plans.
* Coordinate with the operations team to execute successful athlete activations for Brand Partner clientele.
* Proactively assess, understand, and address Brand partner needs, recommending product or service enhancements to improve relationships and drive customer adoption.
* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products, value proposition, and competitive offerings.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to drive brand leads, pipeline, and deal progression through joint messaging, value propositions, and sales enablement programs.
* Utilize CRM and communication systems (like…Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or SalesLoft) to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and enhance communication efficiency.
* Proficiently mine for contact information and identify opportunities to expand business reach.
* Exhibit a strong desire to succeed in sales, maintain a positive attitude towards continuous learning, and embrace personal growth.
* Demonstrate strong competitiveness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Take initiative, demonstrate personal accountability, and strive for exceptional results, always seeking improvement and avoiding complacency.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 4+ years of successful sales experience, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
* Ability to design, implement, and execute successful brand campaigns, as measured by predetermined success criteria.
* Confidence in selling technology products and solutions.
* Strong presentation skills and experience delivering campaigns and software to sophisticated buyers.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling proposals for complex deals.
* Resourcefulness and adaptability to utilize available resources to progress deals.
* Familiarity or previous experience working with brands is highly desirable.
* High emotional intelligence (EQ), comfortable with ambiguity, and a startup mentality of being willing to tackle any task.
* Previous startup experience is a plus.
* Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

COMPENSATION:

* Competitive base salary and uncapped commission,
