### What You’ve Done
* 4+ years working as a full-time engineer
* Designed, implemented, and maintained production services
* Served as a tech lead or technical mentor
* Proficient in one of: Python, Go, or Typescript
* Experienced with SQL
* Familiar with Infrastructure-as-Code
### What You’ll Do
### Day 5
* Push fixes and improvements to production
* Improve the devX and onboarding process for future hires
* Become familiar with Dosu’s platform architecture
* Review the agent architecture
* Lunch with the team
### Day 30
* Ship new features to production
* Collect evaluation data from Dosu's production activity
* Understand the product roadmap and the pain-points of our customers
* Actively reviewing other team members code
* Participate in on-call and triage production issues
* Present about yourself the company-wide meeting
### Day 90
* Own end-to-end implementation of new features and backend services
* Work across the stack, everything from indexing to infra to agent architecture
* Implement new ML tasks to enhance Dosu's ability
* Contribute ideas to the product roadmap
* Advocate for engineering excellence
* Become involved in the recruiting process and help find more amazing people like yourself!
