Sapient, you'll
shape how customers deploy our AI Brains into game worlds, focusing on cross-
platform
integration, performance optimization, and character mechanics systems. This
role is
poised to evolve into leading all gaming infrastructure as our team grows.

**Who you are**
* Passionate, self-driven, and adaptable with strong experience shipping at least one A - AAA video game
* Fast at executing tasks including designing, writing, and testing high-quality code
* Passion for working with low-level systems and cross-platform game engines
* Interested in growth and leadership. As our team grows, this role will take on more leadership scope and responsibilities
**What you will do**
* Create a reusable, platform-agnostic package for deploying the Sapient brain into video games, leveraging experience with Unity, Unreal, or other major commercial game engines.
* You will write clean, efficient, and maintainable object-oriented code in C# or C++, utilizing your strong understanding of programming principles and design patterns
* Use game data, events, interfaces, and characters, and work with a multidisciplinary technical team to create Sapient character mechanics models
* Implement data architecture for fast and compact storage systems within the Sapient product
* Provide insight and creativity on the technical aspects of building video games, to inform our Sapient brain development
* Create sandbox environments in Unity and other major game engines to build and test Sapient brains.
* Provide critical input on the technical feasibility of design ideas, balancing creativity with practicality
