**About The Role**
As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Secuvy, you will be responsible for managing
the implementation of our Data Discovery & Classification solutions. This role
requires a combination of technical proficiency in data architectures and a
strong commitment to ensuring customer success at the enterprise level.
**What You 'll Do**
Lead comprehensive implementations of Secuvy’s Data Discovery & Classification
products, offering specialized technical expertise, personalized guidance, and
proactive project management for customers.
Act as the primary technical contact for select Secuvy customer accounts post-
go-live, conducting monthly or quarterly check-ins to review the progress and
evolution of their Data Discovery & Classification programs, and identifying
ways Secuvy can provide further support.
Collaborate closely with the Product & Engineering teams to identify
opportunities for product enhancements and gather customer feedback to shape
our product roadmap.
Develop and refine Secuvy’s internal implementation methodologies and
resources (e.g., playbooks) as the Data Discovery & Classification product
suite grows and evolves.
Create use case guides and other customer-facing materials (e.g., onboarding
videos) to offer customers more self-service resource options.
Stay current with regulatory requirements that impact Data Discovery &
Classification user stories (e.g., ROPAs, DPIAs).
**Who You Are**
You bring over 5 years of experience in solutions engineering, software
implementation, professional services, customer support, or a related field,
ideally with a focus on data-centric products.
You possess hands-on experience in supporting system integrations and a robust
understanding of data stacks, including data warehouse technologies, data
lakes, and query engines.
Proficient in coding and software development practices, adept at tasks such
as executing terminal commands, cloning Git repositories, and writing basic
scripts in languages like JavaScript or Python.
Experience working with AWS, Terraform, GCP, Azure, or related DevOps or
Infrastructure deployments.
Experience working with data protection or scanning technologies for SaaS Apps
& DBs as Snowflake, Relational DB, O365, Azure, GCP, O365, etc.
Familiarity with Cybersecurity tools including DLP, CASB, CSPM, SSPM & their
APIs integrations
Familiarity with Identity and Access Governance platforms as Okta, Azure AD,
Sailpoint
Knowledgeable about data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CPRA, with
practical experience in privacy workflows, managing Data Subject Requests
(DSRs), and conducting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs).
A skilled communicator with a proven ability to bridge technical solutions
with customer pain points and business objectives, effectively conveying
complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable navigating independent work
within a fast-paced environment that demands continuous learning and
adaptation.
Familiarity with the demands and standards of enterprise B2B software
customers.
Proficiency in asynchronous and online communication methods; adept at
overcoming spatial and temporal barriers to ensure clear and effective
communication across distributed teams and clients.

salary range for this role is provided below. Actual compensation will be
determined based on market conditions and individual qualifications assessed
during the interview process.

adjusted. Secuvy also offers attractive health benefits, equity opportunities,
