recently announced a $5.2M Seed funding round! Our AI engine analyzes sales
conversations to identify best practices, refine call scripts, and enable
sellers with the right answers. Oliv.AI ensures that sales reps follow a
golden sales process, conduct pre-call research, provide conversational
insights, and complete smart next steps. We help businesses build agile
revenue teams and ensure CRM hygiene with ease.

Oliv learns from recorded conversations, updates sales scripts, and guides
your reps to deliver consistently using smart workflows. Revenue teams at

**About The Role:**
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Product Manager to join our
team. As the founding Product Manager of an early-stage product, you will be
responsible for leading product development efforts from ideation to launch,
ensuring that our products meet customer needs, are technically feasible, and
can be delivered on time and within budget. You are comfortable switching back
and forth between inbound and outbound responsibilities. You will also develop
and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features, including
positioning, messaging, pricing, and distribution.

**What You 'll Do:**

* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers and their needs.
* Build product roadmap and ensure that product development is aligned with company goals and customer needs.
* Work with sales and marketing teams to develop customer acquisition and retention strategies.
* Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and distribution.
* Develop and execute on product launch plans, including communication plans, training, and collateral.
* Track and analyze product performance metrics, including usage, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor the competitive landscape and market trends to inform product strategy and development

**What We Need:**

* 4+ years of product experience in SaaS, of which 2-3yrs was as a full cycle PM (open to B2B, B2C2B, or B2C and/or early-stage product roles)
* Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Preferably you’ve worked with an early stage product, as a direct product owner, or in a team of less than 5 PMs that were responsible for the product
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies

* The base salary range for this role is $140-160k/year + variable MBO bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including prior experience, location, value add, and may vary from the amount above.
