Enertiv is looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to join our growing
Product team. This role will be responsible for developing product features
and working with the engineering and design team on a daily basis, problem
solving to find insights that can be translated into product features. The
Product Manager will be responsible for the discovery, definition, and
delivery of complex data features to enhance our product line.
**Outcomes:**
* Outcome 1: Product Definition Capturing user requirements, writing user stories and epics, researching and prioritizing features gathered from at least 4 Product Partner Groups per quarter.
* Outcome 2: Product Execution Defining sprint plans, leading agile ceremonies, collaborating with Design and Engineering to develop a backlog of 50 points per sprint.
* Outcome 3: Delivery Mgmt. Developing project plans, managing timelines, identifying and mitigating risks (product or technical) to achieve 90% of sprint commitment.
* Outcome 4: Storytelling & Presentation Defining compelling narratives, building presentation decks/assets, delivering effective presentations, and demoing new software features once every two weeks.
* Outcome 5: Technical Proficiency Understanding of technical frameworks/architecture, APIs, database models, integrations, & communicating with engineers on technical issues/severity with P1 resolution within 48hrs.
**Requirements:**
* Must have 4+ years of product management experience within one aspect of the industries we serve (SaaS, Commercial Real Estate, ESG, or Climate change).
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* Worked with engineering teams on end-to-end product systems, features, and lifecycles.
* Experience working directly with engineers, designers, and other product managers.
