* _About The Role

TuMeke’s growing marketing team is looking for a senior demand generation
manager to develop and execute our integrated campaign strategy. You’ll be
instrumental in generating and nurturing high-quality leads through innovative
and data-driven strategies.
**Responsibilities**
Plan, implement, test, and measure multi-channel media campaigns to drive
traffic to our website and increase inbound conversions
Perform audience research to develop new campaign ideas for paid search and
paid social
Conduct customer segmentation and utilize ABM strategies to target key
accounts and personas effectively
Manage day-to-day performance across several media channels including LinkedIn
and Google Ads
Regular optimization and monitoring of our campaigns, focusing on direct
response and performance
Analyze performance data and report on results, including campaign results
across various customer segments to determine future investments
Collaborate with product marketing, content marketing, sales, and customer
success to ensure alignment with our growth goals and strategies
Oversee and coordinate the work of external agencies and vendors (SEO, design,
etc.)

5+ years of experience in digital marketing or demand generation within a B2B
SaaS/Tech environment
Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM software (Hubspot), as well as
other platforms for campaign execution and analysis (Webflow, Zoom Webinars,
Google Analytics, etc.)
Ability to derive trends and insights from data analysis
Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating across
functions, and maintaining focus on objectives
Proactively resolves or escalates issues to ensure campaign delivery goals are
met
Collaborative team member with excellent communication and interpersonal
skills
Demonstrates empathy towards our team, partners, and customers
