Job Description

At Appetize, we serve enterprises globally with cutting edge mobile emulation
solutions. These solutions enable enterprises to move faster in mobile, and
drive excellence across mobile testing, customer care, workflow automations
and throughout every mobile-focused and mobile-adjacent team in the
organization. We are a tight knit remote company with no physical office.

**Job Description**

Appetize has a strong track record selling to some of the largest enterprises
in the world. We are looking for an ambitious sales person/leader who will
help us scale to $10MM in revenue and beyond. Our website and self-serve
product generate a reliable stream of high-quality inbound enterprise leads.
You will become part of a competent and experienced team, and entrusted with
important responsibilities from day 1.

Confidence to understand technical details and communicate them effectively in
the sales process is required, and this will be assessed in the interview
process. We serve a fairly broad range of use cases, so the ability to do
proper discovery across a range of industries, business cases, and
requirements is also a must. You will be supported by excellent solutions
engineers, but will be expected to have command over our product, deployment
options (public cloud, private cloud, on-prem), as well as the ability to
understand customer use cases at a deep level.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a smaller-start up company (Pre-Seed,
Bootstrapped or Series A) experience where they have had to roll up their
sleeves, while also having a track record of contributing successfully to a
company’s growth.

**What you’ll do:**

* Work as an individual contributor to build out and optimize Appetize’s enterprise go-to-market strategy and process
* Manage the full sales cycle and represent Appetize to our largest customers and prospects, across a range of industries, use cases, and personas ( (engineering managers, product managers, operations, customer care and sales teams)
* Maximize the amount of pipeline generated from our community and design a repeatable sales playbook for closing enterprise accounts.
* Negotiate enterprise agreements and coordinate the legal and procurement processes internally and externally

* You love the journey of building something from the ground up, have startup sales experience, and understand how to build with scalability and growth in mind.
* You understand how developers think and have experience selling to or working with developers
* You have a strong track record in enterprise sales or securing $50K-$100K+ customer contracts, and you’ve demonstrated this at one or more companies.
* You know how to work closely with Growth Marketing to develop demand generation strategies that drive qualified pipeline.
* You know how to manage end-to-end enterprise software sales cycles and are ideally well versed in one or more sales methodologies.
* You’re a skillful and empathetic communicator, both verbally and in writing.
* You’re passionate about strong teams and values.
* You can work core US hours, while being self-directed and flexible according to the needs of our customer base.
