**What Youโ€™ll Do**

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Events & Partner Marketing Manager with a
proven track record in marketing, event planning, and partnership management.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving demand generation,
partnership initiatives, and operational excellence in our marketing efforts.

As the Senior Events & Partner Marketing Manager, you will report to the VP of
Marketing and collaborate with various teams to achieve our objectives. This
role offers a unique opportunity to shape our event marketing strategies,
strengthen partnerships, and drive pipeline growth.

**Responsibilities:**

Demand Generation and Event Management:

* Lead marketing and audience acquisition strategy to enhance conversions through channel and funnel analysis.
* Plan, execute, and optimize a range of events, from conferences and trade shows to roundtables and webinars.
* Collaborate closely with sales and marketing leadership to define the event calendar.
* Manage our largest industry conferences and identify opportunities for new event programs to engage target verticals.
* Ensure programs exceed targets related to audience acquisition, sales meetings, pipeline growth, and conversions.
* Efficiently manage projects and collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
* Maintain smooth operations of Summit marketing campaigns following approved processes, service level agreements, and technology/systems.

Partnership Marketing:

* Help Partnerships Lead to cultivate and manage relationships with marketing partners..
* Develop a long-term partnership and community sponsorship strategy to drive pipeline.
* Source and execute co-marketing & partnership initiatives to drive qualified leads.
* Create joint messaging and bespoke marketing assets with and for our partners.
* Track and measure the ROI impact of partner and co-marketing initiatives.
* Identify and articulate joint-value opportunities for potential partners and their customers and create relevant enablement assets.

Overall:

* Report to the VP of Marketing and serve as the Senior Events & Partner Marketing Manager responsible for demand generation through events, partnership management, and operational improvement.
* Own the strategy and execution of conference components, including ancillary events, onsite demand generation programs, and audience experiences.
* Focus on driving customer acquisition through event marketing.
* Plan and execute effective invitation and follow-up strategies in line with marketing goals.
* Develop and implement event assets aligned with marketing goals and event objectives.
* Continuously evaluate event effectiveness based on revenue impact, cost-efficiency, and attendee satisfaction, sharing insights to improve future activities.
* Ensure all stakeholders are well-informed and prepared.
* Strategically expand our event presence to create impactful concepts aligned with event objectives.
* Partner closely with sales and SDR teams to promote ABM efforts through events and field engagements.
* Manage events and field marketing budget, and evaluate performance of past and current efforts to determine ROI and evolve strategy.

**Who You Are**

**Qualifications:**

* 7+ years of events and/or channel marketing experience, with at least 5 years in demand generation in a high-growth SaaS startup.
* Strong written communication skills, including the ability to create promotional materials.
* Efficient project management skills to develop cohesive communication plans and gain consensus across teams.
* Metrics-driven mindset.
* Experience in pipeline building and management.
* Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot for email, list, and landing page creation.
* B2B marketing background.
* Proven experience in event planning across various formats, including running a full multi-day, multi-track conference.
* Track record of delivering successful events aligned with set objectives.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring structure to drive optimal outcomes.
* Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach.
* Willingness to embrace innovation and adapt quickly.
* Self-starting and self-motivated with multitasking and prioritization skills.
* Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
* Must be able to work independently as well as cross-collaborating with team members and partners to complete multiple projects with competing priorities
* Experience working as part of a remote team as we have Certa teammates around the globe
* Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analytical.
* Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
* Adept at working within Google Workspace
* Comfortable working with CRMs (Salesforce), Marketing Platform (HubSpot), Project Management tools (Monday, Notion)
* Bachelorโ€™s degree
