The Role
We are currently looking for a Vice President, Paid Search to lead Digital
Matter’s Paid Search division. This person will sit on our executive team,
lead client engagements, lead strategic initiatives and planning, and grow the
Paid Search team. If you are someone who loves having ownership and autonomy,

Location: This is a hybrid role based in NYC.
Requirements
* Manage relationships across a diverse portfolio of clients from engagement to communication of project plans, wins, bottlenecks, and next steps
* Serve as the subject matter expert in kick-off meetings, ongoing client relationship management, campaign optimization, and strategic planning
* Manage Google, Microsoft, Amazon, as well as other paid search partners
* Offer strategic insight and consultation for a clients’ holistic digital advertising strategy; including, but not limited to ad serving, media planning, media buying, tag management, creative strategy and production, performance reporting, and analytics
* Develop and manage project plans(team member allocation, timeline, budget, deliverables)
* Establish process documentation and develop methods for standardization practices in the Search, Shopping (Performance Max), and Display
* Develop and manage cross-organizational projects to improve internal Operations, Recruitment, and Sales
* Manage, coach, and develop a team of 7+
Must Have
* 10+ years of online advertising experience, whether at a publisher, agency, trading desk, technology company, or end-advertiser
* Technical expertise across Paid Search inclusive of SA360, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads as well as digital advertising reporting, measurement, and attribution tools
* Ability to lead in-person client meetings or client summits
* Ability to effectively operate independently and in a hybrid-team environment
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong ability to draw conclusions and communicate insights from multiple data points
* Excellent consultative approach to developing and managing business relationships
* Strong grasp of the overall adtech space; including but not limited to knowledge of DigitalMatter’s competitive set
* BA or equivalent with an emphasis on marketing, business, or coursework of a quantitative nature; preferably a degree in Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or Statistics
