Locations: Durham, NC - New York, NY - Phoenix, AZ, Los Angeles, CA - Dallas,
TX

Every day, we’re deciding how best to spend our clients’ marketing budgets.
With a focus on building and executing digital media plans, we implement
tagging and tracking systems that allow us to evaluate and optimize our media
plans. From impressions to purchases, we’re tracking online actions that allow
us to understand the entire user’s journey.

The ideal candidate is someone who is insatiably curious and quantitatively
driven. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable operating in Microsoft
Excel and wants to learn some basic web development, JavaScript, and Python
for data analysis. At least one year of experience with ad tagging systems
such as DoubleClick, Flashtalking, DoubleVerify, or Integral Ad Science is
required. If you enjoy exploring complex systems and logical problem solving,
you will be able to apply those aptitudes to digital media.

**Responsibilities:**

**Tracking and Monitoring**

* Implement conversion and tracking tags that align measurement and optimization with client KPIs

* Collaborate with internal teams and communicate with media partners to ensure that campaigns are setup to report on the right metrics

* Monitor data integration health through custom dashboards and proprietary UIs

* Leverage Google Tag Manager (GTM) and similar systems to implement pixels and data feeds

* Learn how to leverage Data Management Platforms (DMPs) such as Salesforce Audience Studio

* Monitor campaign health through DCM and GA to gauge performance against client benchmarks

* Create regular reports communicating insights to the media planning team and clients

* Perform analyses in Excel, Tableau, SQL or Python to mine for insights and solve for challenges

**Trafficking**

* Implementing campaigns in DCM

* Creating third party tags

* Wrap DCM tags with DV

* Coordinating tags with internal and external vendors

* QAing campaigns

* Monitoring tracking post launch to ensure tagging and tracking efficacy

* Monitoring system health

**Development and Reporting**

* Ensure quality control of campaigns, implementing and adhering to a rigorous QA process

* Modify JavaScript tracking code snippets to work in production environment

* Learn SQL to query data and prepare data for analysis

* Learn Python to manipulate data, analyze information, and automate system monitoring
