In this role, you will take a primary responsibility for designing,
implementing, deploying, maintaining and resolving issues related to a
significant set of backend services and features within the larger Stanson
Health platform. Work is performed within enterprise guidelines and standards
regarding the development life cycle, version control, source code control,
documentation, testing, code verification, continuous integration, continuous
deployment, compliance policies and team collaboration.
The Senior Software Engineers use independent judgment to design solutions,
with minimal input and oversight required by supervisors. They take direction
from leads and provide mentorship to more junior software engineers. This
position collaborates directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
to define requirements, set and meet deadlines and resolve issues. They update
their job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools,
programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational
opportunities; reading professional publications; participating in
professional organizations.
PREFERED REQUIREMENTS
* Python Web Frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
* SQL schema design and efficient query composition
* Python SQL Toolkit/ORM (SqlAlchemy)
* Deploying, utilizing and resolving issues related to Cloud computing services
* Groovy/Java development experience (AWS)
* Continuous integration and continuous deployment
* Automated testing
* Experience working remotely

* Bachelors

Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is
reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented
and highly skilled employees. Premier’s internal salary range for this role is
$80,000 - $148,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors
including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity,
education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes
a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our
ranges.
