* Strong product taste, doesn't just write code but deeply understands the user, product, and what should be built.
* Proof of work, has actually built meaningful products & features in the past. Ideally for a consumer app or a related system.
* Super friendly human, we believe friendlyness is a superpower to overcome the friction and struggles of rapid growth. ❤️
* Ideally experienced with our tech stack, currently built with React Native & a FastAPI / python backend ... we need people who can come in and hit the ground running.
* BONUS - experience building AI applications, someone who is very "plugged in" to building with AI.
* BONUS - someone with personal experience with addiction, who IS the user we are building for.
