Sunroom is looking for an experienced frontend software engineer to join the
team and help build our core user facing apps. You'll build up new features
and improve existing functionality on the Sunroom product, all while having a
direct impact on our users.
**The Tech**
* iOS & Android: TypeScript **React Native** ; Recoil (Android), Redux (iOS); Tailwind
* Web — TypeScript **React** ; Redux; Tailwind (serving desktop + mobile users)
* Testing — Jest + React Testing Library
**About You**
* You have 2-3+ years of relevant professional frontend development experience
* You have a deep understanding of React or React Native
* You care about UI & UX; we expect that you can take a design from Figma and integrate it to look & feel great across several device types
* You're autonomous; we don't have PMs or strict processes since we're a small team, so each engineer at Sunroom has the responsibility of owning something from conception to it being shipped to production
* Bonus: You've worked on mobile applications before
**Rate:** $65-75/hour.
**Time commitment:** This is a part-time contract based role, so we’re
flexible. But a minimum of 20-30 hours a week is expected.
