This is a senior software engineer position reporting to the founder.
Well rounded current skills as listed are required to apply for this
contracted position.

If you don't know CXL 3.1, that's ok, because few even know about it, but
please read the 963 page specification before applying and include your
observations about CXL and the value you think CXL brings to the Data Center
in your cover letter submission and tell us how on paper you might first
approach the job which is to:
design and build the company's prototype MVP 1.0 BMC boot ram based service
agent which includes CXL 3.1 proxy Fabric Manager control, per the value
proposition on the 'stealth' public website.
If you catch our interest with your cover letter and references, the First
Interview is via Zoom with one or more founders present. 30 minutes max, so
show up organized with proof or example you know what you are talking about.
2nd Interviews will be granted at end of interview, we wont keep you guessing.
Allow one hour for Q and A, there is no test, your relevant work examples and
references really matter, the latter should expect our call if you get to the
2nd Interview.
Contractor role could be converted to permenant if there is a long term fit.

Don't be looking for alot of guidance, you need to be a self starter, self re-
searcher who can handle self-responsbility with sound estimates of delivery
dates.

I am a QA and Release Manager stickler for documentation, stories and test
cases with pass fail metrics being created, all of which need to be in place
and reviewed, signed off and committed to GitBook and Git first before you
write a single line of code.
We are big fans of open source code re-use, hard forking and innovation,
provided the licensing is not GPL 3.0.
After the Proof of Concept Code works, expect to follow the code and drive the
development to MVP 1.0 before any dismount.
Your code will be tested by someone else.
6 to 9 months work contract initially, with SOW defined and milestones set.
Hit them all and we issue you a decent junk of stock as a bonus.
signed NDA required, 2 year cliff, but only if your SOW and price ask is
accepted by RESPIN.
Proof of relevant past work and good customer references when completed will
weigh in large, heavily influencing or contractor selection.
