Role Overview:
We're seeking a Backend Developer with deep expertise in cybersecurity
practices. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in backend
development, RESTful API creation, and a strong familiarity with SOC
operations, SIEM platforms, CALDERA, and cyber ranges.
Responsibilities:
* Architect, build, and maintain scalable backend systems, ensuring seamless functionality.
* Develop and refine RESTful APIs to facilitate integration with diverse platforms and tools.
* Collaborate with front-end developers and UI/UX designers to craft a top-notch user experience.
* Implement robust security measures to ensure data integrity and protection.
* Continually research the latest industry trends and innovations, integrating them to enhance product performance.
* Engage with cross-functional teams to define, design, and roll out new features. Integrate and collaborate with the in-house security team to bolster SOC and SIEM functionalities.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
* Demonstrable experience in backend development, preferably in Python.
* Mastery in RESTful API development and its intricacies.
* Previous exposure to SOC operations and SIEM platforms.
* Unparalleled problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Practical knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
* Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
* Familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
