**We are seeking collaborative Engineers to join our Customer Experience
team.** This team focuses on all things Customer Experience, how customers
sign up, how they pay their bills, how they interact with our brand, etc. This
candidate will love building beautiful, intuitive, mobile first experiences.
This candidate will love learning and being part of an environment that

problem-solving. This candidate should seek to give and receive constant
feedback and communicate openly and candidly.
**Qualifications**
* 7+ years of professional Software Engineering experience
* Proficiency with React and Typescript (experience with React Hooks preferred)
* Proficiency integrating with REST API’s
* Experience in HTML, CSS, and React components styling with technologies like JSS, styled-components, CSS modules, etc.
* Experience in Redux, State management, and Context management
* Experience with Testing Practices (Integration, Regression, Etc.)
* Experience working in Agile practices (XP, Kanban, Scrum)
* Experience in Python, Ruby or NodeJS
* Experience with react query not required but a plus
* Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
**Job Responsibilities**
* Participate in development and maintenance of platform (including pair programming at times)
* Participate in technical/architectural discussions with the tech team
* Regularly perform code reviews
* Collaborate closely with Product and Design stakeholders to provide customer-centric solutions
* Participate in Agile processes
