Balcony Technology Group is a cutting-edge web3 startup leveraging NFTs to
tokenize real estate data on an Avalanche subnet. Currently, we're
revolutionizing how NJ municipalities track and measure code enforcement for
real estate properties.
Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Go
2. Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow
3. Write clean, maintainable, test-driven code
4. Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions
5. Implement robust security measures and optimize performance
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience in backend development using Go or a similar language
2. Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
3. Experience with database design and optimization (preferably PostgreSQL)
4. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS or Azure)
5. Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Nice-to-Have:
1. Experience with or interest in smart contract development using Solidity
2. Understanding of blockchain technologies, particularly Avalanche
3. Familiarity with NFTs and tokenization concepts
