**_A software engineer at naviHealth will be supporting the expansion and
economic scalability of home health thru workflow and internal operations
optimization. They will support naviHealth in optimizing workflow and internal
operations for home health (HH) services. They will play a role in supporting
the expansion and economic scalability of HH services through workflow and
internal operations optimization. They will work closely with other members of
the IT team to identify potential issues and develop solutions that will
ensure a smooth transition. They will help also support testing and
troubleshooting any issues that arise during the optimization process._**

**Primary Responsibilities:**

* In this role you will work with various internal architectural and development teams on designing, developing, and delivering .Net, Java, or other languages
* Responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting and debugging control software
* Establishes understanding of commonly used algorithms and data structures
* Devise, implement and maintain best practice coding solutions to common problems such as content adaptation/client-side rendering, segmentation and personalization/recommendations
* Improve the Functional knowledge in the area of the project
* Port, debug, tune, and maintain multiple platforms
* Develop technical solutions for future projects
* Take initiative
* Systematically debug complex issues and provide detailed feedback to senior engineers

**Required Qualifications:**

* Undergraduate degree or +2 years of equivalent experience in IT in lieu of a degree
* Ability to use programming languages such as C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, PL/SQL, .NET, Google Web Toolkit
* Proficient in MS Office applications such as but not limited to Excel and Word
* Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation

Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington residents is $56,300
to $110,400. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to
education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary,
