**Position Summary: Triumph is a transportation fintech company whose software
engineers develop industry-leading financial products that help drive our
business forward by improving the efficiency of our internal users and
delighting our clients. We are looking for critical thinking, problem-solving
engineers from a variety of backgrounds that are versatile, enthusiastic, and
have a passion for technology and product development. As a software engineer,
you will work on one of our product teams critical to Triumph’s strategic
objectives with opportunities to work collaboratively with other talented
cross-functional teams of Product Managers, Designers, Architects, and
Engineers.**
__**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**__
* Contribute across the full product lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvements.
* Work within a cross-functional product team with other engineers, product managers, designers, and business analysts.
* Ensure implementations are testable, secure, performant, scalable, and fault-tolerant.
* Be able to operate in a highly regulated environment (SOX Compliance).
__**Experience and Education**__
The successful candidate will possess business operations experience and
skills, analytical and critical thinking skills, and attention to detail.
Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess:
* Minimum of 4+ years of programming experience on web applications, mobile apps, etc. Experience with C# strongly preferred.
* Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent skills and experience.
__**Skills and Abilities Required**__
* Experience in C# (prefer), Java, Golang, Python, Javascript, C++, or similar.
* Preferred: Experience with Build/Deploy technologies (e.g. Azure DevOps, Maven, Github).
* Preferred: Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g. Terraform).
* Preferred: Experience with cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
* Excellent communication and time-management skills.
* Strong initiative and drive with high productivity and work ethic.
