Criteria:
* You are an elite programmer: as a measure of speed, quality & simplicity
* You can clearly communicate technical trade-offs, often to a second or third-order effect
* You prefer small and fast environments with clear problem statements and a broad space to reason about solutions
* You are open-minded and adoptive towards generative-ai models to gain idea & productivity leverage
You must be able to demonstrate all of the above within a 1 hr programming
exercise.
Responsibilities:
* Produce clean, well structured code that reflects sound ideas & architecture
* You will own large pieces of the code base centered around your skills, interests & business needs
This is not the time for us to be reinventing the tech stack. Our motivation
is to create high product leverage via innovative features and overall fit &
finish.
