Net-X is hiring a Software Engineer who will play a pivotal role in the
development and launch of our go-to-market application. Leveraging your
expertise in start-up environments and software development, you will be
responsible for translating our working prototype and POC into a fully
functional and scalable application.
Responsibilities:
Application Development: Lead the end-to-end development process of our go-to-
market application, ensuring it aligns with our product vision, user
requirements, and industry best practices.
Codebase Optimization: Analyze, optimize, and refactor existing codebase from
the prototype and POC to enhance performance, scalability, and
maintainability.
Collaborative Design: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including
Product Managers, Designers, and QA, to ensure seamless integration of
features and functionalities.
Agile Development: Embrace agile development methodologies, participate in
sprints, and deliver high-quality code on schedule.
Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of the
application to identify and resolve any potential issues.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends,
technologies, and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to enhance our
product.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for the
application, ensuring clear understanding for future reference and team
collaboration.
Start-Up Mentality: Thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment, contributing
to the overall success of the company and collaborating on various projects
beyond pure development.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Developer, with
a demonstrated track record of successfully working at start-ups and
delivering impactful applications.
Technical Expertise: Full stack developer tasked with conducting a thorough
evaluation of our existing low-code platform, taking into consideration its
specific features, capabilities, and intended use cases and making decisions
on the ideal design language.
Full-Stack Development: Well-versed in both front-end and back-end
development, capable of handling the entire software development lifecycle.
Prototype to Production: Experience in transforming working prototypes and
POCs into fully functional applications, bringing them to the market.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to
tackle complex challenges and design innovative solutions.
Team Player: A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills to
work effectively within a cross-functional team.
Adaptability: Ability to embrace change and adapt to evolving project
requirements and priorities.
Passionate and Self-Motivated: A self-starter who is passionate about
technology and driven to exceed expectations.
Degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
