**Position Overview:**
Build the next generation of financial products for innovators. We are a
rapidly growing fintech startup seeking a highly motivated and skilled
Software Engineer to join our team. This role will offer you the opportunity
to make a significant impact on the financial technology landscape. As a
Software Engineer, you will work closely with a talented team to develop high-
performance applications that meet the evolving needs of our customers. This
dynamic role involves solving customer problems at all layers of the stack,
from database to UI.
**Responsibilities include:**
* Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions in a collaborative agile environment
* Work closely with product and design to define feature specifications and build the next generation of products
* Write clean, maintainable and testable code, and perform peer code reviews.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
**Qualifications:**
* 4+ years of experience developing web apps, preferably full-stack
* Experience with Django, Ruby on Rails, Laravel or similar frameworks
* Strong database skills with proficiency in SQL
* Excellent problem-solving skills, and a collaborative team player
* Startup experience is highly preferred
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
