##### Job Description :
As a Software Development Engineer in Test role, the person will be an
integral part platfrom group. To be successful in this role you should have
exceptional Technical and communication skills. The role includes
responsibility for automating tests and carryout manual to tests as needed;
1\. Execute test cases/scripts to ensure delivery of quality software, and
log/track defects
2\. Design quality, maintenance, and production support of data processing
pipelines and systems (Real-time and batch)
3\. Perform data analysis and provide extracts on complex data sets
4\. Design and Build scaling test automation frameworks
5\. Build automated test coverage for critical functional areas under test
6\. Work with other teams on standards and best practices
7\. Collaborate with SDEs to improve technical design for testing
functionality at scale
8\. Provide functional testing support for Sprint teams as needed
##### **About You:**
1\. 5+ years of relevant work experience in design and development of quality
software
2\. Proficient knowledge of public cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/Google Cloud
3\. Experience with processing engines like Spark and Flink
4\. Experience in programming languages like Python, NodeJS, Java with
exposure to front-end technologies like AngularJS or ReactJS
5\. Experience in working with both RDBMS and NoSQL databases with thorough
understanding of each technology
6\. Experience in working with distributed software systems using technologies
such as Kafka, Kinesis, ElasticSearch, Cassandra, Redis etc.
7\. Experience in performance optimizations and tuning of different software
systems
8\. Experience with technology infrastructure, storage, and virtualization
9\. Ability to manage, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
10\. Engineering Graduate/Post Graduate in Computer Science or IT from a
reputed institute
