Position Overview:
As the Finance Manager at Looper, you will play a critical role in managing
the company's financial health. Your expertise in financial planning,
analysis, and management will be pivotal in supporting our strategic goals,
ensuring financial stability, and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies in
line with Looper's goals. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and
forecasting processes.
Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct detailed financial analysis to
identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. Prepare accurate and timely
financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Cost Management: Monitor and analyze the company’s expenses and investments to
ensure alignment with financial objectives.
Compliance and Control: Ensure compliance with accounting principles and
regulatory guidelines. Maintain strong internal controls to manage financial
risks.
Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of
funds as needed.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial metrics and projections to
key stakeholders, including senior management and investors.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative
and efficient working environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Master’s degree or CPA is highly desirable.
Proven experience in financial management, preferably in logistics,
technology, or a related industry.
Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
Proficient in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership abilities and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
