**Role Overview:**
We are looking for a motivated and talented Junior Software Developer to join
our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist CTO in the design, development, and maintenance of Fleetby's software products.
* Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
* Collaborate with the development team to identify and fix bugs and improve system performance.
* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
* Work closely with product managers and designers to understand user requirements and implement solutions.
* Conduct basic testing and debugging of applications to ensure software quality.
* Continuously learn and apply new technologies to improve product functionality.
**Qualifications:**
* Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
* Familiarity with web development frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Django).
* Understanding of basic software development methodologies and tools (e.g., Git, Agile).
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and improving existing skills.
**Nice to Have:**
Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Experience with mobile app development (iOS/Android).
