As a Business Development Representative at our company, you'll have the
opportunity to work with the latest tools to identify the most promising leads
and engage with them. Your persuasive communication skills will shine as you
connect with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, in person events and
phone, to convert contacts into leads.
You'll represent our company at exciting industry events, either by networking
or showcasing our offerings at a Stride booth. As an integral part of our
commercial team, you'll collaborate, share your progress and keep everyone
informed. Your performance will be measured by the number of leads and
opportunities you generate.
Building and nurturing relationships with your contacts will be key to your
success, as you guide them through the sales process over time.

**Responsibilities**
* **Lead Generation** : Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for partner group
* **CRM Management** : Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in the CRM
* **Quota Achievement** : Consistently achieve the monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
**Requirements for this role**
* 3 to 4 years of **consultative sales experience**
* Proven track record of **prospecting via Linkedin** , Email, in person events and phone
* Ability to **craft strong messaging** to engage and nurture contacts over time
* **Remote in the NYC** and surrounding tri-state area for team meetings and industry events

**Additional Information**
* The starting base salary for this role is $50,000 to $70,000 with OTE of $80,000 to $100,000.
* The wage range for this role takes into account an array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs.
* This position reports to the VP of Marketing.
