### The Role
We're seeking two Senior Software Engineers to join our high-impact team in
New York City (remote candidates considered). You'll be at the forefront of
applied GenAI in the real estate sector, turning cutting-edge technology into
practical solutions that users love.

### What You'll Do
* Design, develop, and ship product features that leverage LLMs to solve real user problems
* Work across the full stack, focusing on rapid iteration and practical implementation
* Make key architectural decisions that shape our technical roadmap
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn complex problems into elegant, shipped solutions
* Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and have the resources to delegate or solve them
### What We're Looking For
* 4-5 years of software engineering experience (minimum 2 years)
* Strong proficiency in Node.js and SQL (PostgreSQL preferred)
* Experience with React, AWS/Heroku, and working with LLMs is a plus
* Proven track record of shipping products in previous roles
* Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects from idea to deployment
* Product-focused mindset with full-stack capabilities
* Excitement about applying AI technologies to solve practical, sometimes unsexy problems
