**What you’ll do:**
* **Design, Build and Innovate** : Lead and contribute to greenfield projects, develop new features and products from scratch.
* **Collaborate Closely** : Engineering is a team effort; we produce our best work together. Work closely with our sales and support teams to ensure we are solving the right problems
* **Customer-Centric Development** : Have high empathy for our users, consistently seek feedback and iterate on our products to improve their experience. (We go on-site on with customers to see our software in use first-hand)
* **Business-Minded Decision Making** : Make daily decisions on when we should invest in more sound architecture, leverage vendors and integrations or cut corners and scope to deliver functionality to our customers.
* **Optimize and Deliver** : Participate in a lean and fast-moving development process that is consistently iterated and improved upon.

**What we’re looking for:**
* High end senior to staff full stack software engineer, who is extremely comfortable in Typescript and modern web engineering technologies. Our full tech stack is listed below.
* Clear conceptual knowledge of modern software development architecture, practices and tradeoffs. You can easily communicate with varying levels of skill and understand across the team.
* A strong product sense, ability to make the right tradeoffs between the perfect implementation and timely delivery.
* Be comfortable with ambiguity and changing approaches on the fly.
* A track record of delivery meaningful product work in a small team.
