**Our Mission**
At Monument, we aim to address the majority of consumer healthcare concerns
through affordable and accessible virtual appointments with doctors or
therapists. Monument doctors can prescribe medication, routing it to a
pharmacy of choice for pick-up or delivery. Finally, healthcare on consumers’

**About the Role**
We're looking for a seasoned software engineer who's passionate about building
healthcare software. You will make substantial code contributions and
collaborate closely with product, operations, and marketing to create software
that meets both customer and internal needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to enhance our patient experience, ensuring excellent, affordable, and easily accessible care.
* Develop new features in our EMR to support our clinicians in providing best-in-class care.
* Take ownership of features from end to end, using your judgment to manage priorities.
* Contribute to designing a highly secure, highly available architecture.
**What We 're Looking For**
* 4+ years of professional software development experience.
* An affinity for creating software that is extensible, performant, and easy to read.
* Experience building apps with Typescript (Node.js, React), PostgreSQL.
* Excellent interpersonal skills including direct and compassionate communication.
* Bonus: Experience configuring and maintaining production-scale AWS environments (we use Kubernetes and Terraform).
