Role: Senior Software Engineer
As a Senior Software Engineer at GigEasy, you will play a vital role in
bringing our platform to life. We are seeking a dynamic full-stack engineer
with expertise in Node.js, GraphQL, TypeScript, Next.js, React, REST APIs,
webhooks, and experience in building products from scratch. You will
contribute to architecting our early-stage infrastructure, leading product
buildouts, and launching foundational features that drive GigEasy's success.
Examples of projects you might work on:
🚀 Designing and implementing custom API integrations with insurance partners
and gig platforms using GraphQL and REST APIs.
🌟 Building our amazing Instant Quote calculator using Next.js and React.
🔧 Establishing internal tools and workflows for our operations and sales
agents using Node.js and TypeScript.
💳 Setting up virtual debit cards within our platform.
🏗️ Designing V2 of our cutting-edge systems architecture using the latest
technologies.

Requirements:
🌐 5+ years of software development and systems architecture experience.
🔗 Strong knowledge of API systems and technologies such as REST, JSON, OAuth,
JWT, and webhooks.
📚 Solid understanding of software development principles, including design
patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
💻 Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
📢 Excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in our tight-knit
team.
