### Your Role: Head of Marketing

**What you’ll do:**

As our Head of Marketing, you’ll lead our marketing team, own marketing
strategy and execution, measure and analyze marketing performance, and help
grow an industry-leading company. While you’ll wear many hats across the
marketing org, you’ll specialize in the following areas:

* **Demand Generation.** Develop and execute our top-of-funnel marketing strategy while filling pipeline and owning a lead commit. This will include activities like orchestrating SEO/SEM, growing our presence on LinkedIn, running events/conferences, and nurturing leads.
* **Partner Marketing.** Manage and nurture relationships with partners, organizing and executing co-marketing and co-selling efforts.

**Who you are:**

* **Experience:** You have 7+ years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS startup environments. You’ve owned a lead commit and have managed a marketing team in a previous role.
* **Curious and creative:** You’re driven by curiosity and always seek to understand. You work from first principles to develop creative strategies that elevate brands and generate leads.
* **Action oriented:** You excel at bridging the gap between strategy and execution - you’re eager to roll up your sleeves and bring plans to life. You’re quick to experiment and learn.
* **Technically adept and data-driven:** You have a deep understanding of online marketing and sales funnels. You know how to use marketing tools to drive strategy, automate tasks, and measure success. (Experience with HubSpot is a significant plus)
* **Excellent communicator:** You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, excel at organizing people, and have an inbox-zero personality.
* **Growth mindset:** You embrace challenges, welcome feedback, and see effort as the path to mastery. You believe that you and others can always learn and grow.
* **Grit:** You have courage, passion, and the ability to persevere towards challenging goals. You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

* **Location:** San Francisco (in-office 3 days/week, Tues-Thurs)
