Student Success Agency is a social impact enterprise that is focused on
building a digital stack of services, opportunities, and experiences for US-
based school systems that need to expand and engage their communities
virtually.
We are a fully remote team with ~15 full time members and 200+ 1099s who serve
over 500 schools across 20 states. We are 100% independent from venture
capital and outside institutions allowing us to limit distractions and focus
on doing meaningful work. Our mission is to empower every person to harness
their agency and fulfill their potential to discover new horizons for
themselves and civilization. We are well-positioned to make a transformational
difference in education and we are looking for the right people who want to
join our passionate team of educators, operators, and designers.
### About the role
You will be working on the Winbox, our student support platform. The Winbox

Today, we focus on 7th - "13th"\+ grades. We do not work with elementary
schools or elementary aged students at the moment.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has a strong sense of independence
