_In this position, you will play a key role in determining our strategy - from
choosing the right tools, to managing feature parity, to identifying how to
take advantage of the latest tech._

1. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to create and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications
2. Develop and implement new features and enhancements for our web and mobile applications using React Native, React.js, and other front-end technologies
3. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
4. Propose UI/UX initiatives with good design sense and attention to detail
5. Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards
6. Uphold our high engineering standards and bring consistency to the many codebases and processes you will encounter, including selecting technical stack for future front end products
7. Work in an agile environment, participate in code reviews, and contribute to the development of team standards and best practices
**🤟🤟🤟 You may be fit for this role if you have:**
1. 3+ years of experience in front-end development with React Native and React.js
2. Experience with other front-end technologies, including Redux, Redux-saga, TailwindCSS
3. Solid understanding of mobile-first and responsive web design principles
4. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+, Typescript)
5. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
6. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services
7. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
9. Enthusiasm about technology, engineering and building products
