**Position Overview**
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Engineer to join our team
for our consumer prescription technology platform, CodeScripts.
**Responsibilities**
* Write high-quality server-side code, create robust high-volume production applications, and develop prototypes quickly
* Debug and fix issues with APIs and backend systems
* Collaborate with other engineers and designers to deliver strong customer-focused experiences
* Build and maintain backend solutions for client products in an Agile environment
* Maintain and deploy products in Google Cloud Platform
* Manage cloud hosting environment, including database administration and scaling applications to support load changes
* Maintain product documentation for backend and development operations
* Support Back End Engineering team members
**Qualifications**
* 8+ years professional software development
* Experience in writing production-quality code in Python (8+ years)
* Experience working in SQL and/or No-SQL DB (Postgres experience is a plus) Experience working on Kubernetes/containers and Google Cloud environment or AWS/Azure
* Vue/nuxt on the frontend (preferable)
* This role is primarily for a backend engineer, but the ideal candidate would have some experience or interest working full stack
