### Senior Product Manager - Vana
**Location:** Remote (expectation is that all staff will be available for
meetings between 12pm PST and 3pm PST)

### Role Overview:
As **Senior Product Manager** at Vana, you will play a pivotal role in driving
the successful launch and ongoing development of our Mainnet. This role
demands a unique blend of strategic vision, technical acumen, and hands-on
execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the
product development lifecycle are seamlessly integrated and aligned with our
overarching goals.
### Key Responsibilities:
### Mainnet Launch:
* Oversee and drive the successful launch of Vana's Mainnet.
* Ensure the strategic roadmap is aligned with launch goals, making critical trade-offs as necessary.
* Manage scope to ensure optimal positioning for the Mainnet launch.
### Strategic and Technical Roadmap:
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap.
* Make informed strategic and technical trade-offs to optimize product scope and timelines.
### Cross-functional Coordination:
* Lead coordination across technical, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure cohesive product development and launch.
* Align the technical build with market strategy and tokenomics.
* Ensure clear communication and issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle.
### Execution and Delivery:
* Drive end-to-end product development from design to shipping and market release.
* Surface and manage issues effectively, keeping all teams aligned and on track.
* Execute product initiatives with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and getting things done.
### Technical Integration:
* Incorporate deep technical considerations into product development.
* Ensure all product decisions are technically sound and aligned with our tokenomics strategy.
### Leadership and Collaboration:
* Lead cross-functional teams to achieve product goals.
* Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
* Maintain strong relationships with all team members, ensuring alignment and motivation.
### Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or Head of Product at a start-up, preferably in the blockchain or crypto industry.
* Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a focus on technical trade-offs.
* Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience leading technical, design, and go-to-market teams.
* Understanding of tokenomics and its integration into product development.
* Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills.
* Ability to execute and deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
* Passion for blockchain technology and data ownership.
