You will work directly with the CEO, CTO, and out remote team to build and
design the software infrastructure that will serve as the backbone of our
clients' eCommerce health.
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be the creative force behind our product
lineup. Get ready to dive into a world of excitement, working closely with our
engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
You will be responsible for managing the development of product feature and
integration features, from conception to launch. To excel in this role, you
should have a good understanding of product development and management, an
analytical mindset, and a drive to bring innovative ideas to the table.

• Experience with end to end product delivery • Experience with feature

The ideal candidate is a full-stack generalist, and has experience taking a
product from 0-1 product.
• You are familiar with project managment tools like ClickUp or Jira.
• You are a skilled dev (React, TypeScript, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML/CSS). We
are looking for someone who can help test our software with the latest and
greatest frameworks and processes.
• You can work independently and are comfortable owning entire projects and or
large areas of the code base
• You are a strong communicator - you are able to clearly articulate technical
problems, constraints and timelines.
• You are a leader, a manager.
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured, startup
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Absorb and synthesize data from key partners and stakeholders to build a path toward a mutually beneficial offering for all parties
* Produce product scope based on user interactions, and by shipping and iterating on large feature sets that are then narrowed down and expanded on
* Lead a team with a highly disciplined approach to achieving goals, pushing boundaries, and expediting pace
* Understand and leverage all technical assets in a way that efficiently builds an advantage for the company
* Build from 0 to 1: You'll have the opportunity to both scale and automate existing services while also bringing new innovations to life.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to document user stories, manage and refine backlogs, and engage in scrum activities.
* Product Discovery: Utilize insights from user interviews and stakeholder feedback to recommend practical product enhancements that align with user needs and maintain stability.

* Product Strategy Support: Assist the Director of Product in developing and prioritizing product strategies and vision, focusing on partner integrations, customer-facing APIs, and feature enhancements.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager or a similar role. Show us your track record of awesomeness.
* You're a product wizard. You know how to make magic happen with ClickUp, Figma, Trello, Asana, SQL, and Excel.
* Data-driven decision-making is your jam. You have a keen eye for detail that helps you spot the good and the bad.
* Your communication skills are top-notch. You make friends wherever you go.
