### **Well Beam Senior Marketing Manager**
WellBeam is a fast growing, Bay Area-based health-tech company transforming
clinical workflows along the continuum of patient care. We improve patient
outcomes by offering critical interfaces for doctors and nurses to coordinate
care with medical care partners continuing the care of these patients’ after
discharge from the hospital.
At WellBeam, we take patient care coordination out of the courier, fax, and
phone call age and into digital and integrated systems, bringing clinical
workflows seamlessly into each party’s electronic medical record (EMR). We are
proud to help the people taking care of very sick patients to receive and
respond timely to medical orders and to coordinate care to keep these patients
progressing on their recovery journey.
As WellBeam’s first marketing hire, at a time of transformative and rapidly
accelerating growth at the Company, this role represents a unique opportunity
for a skilled and talented hire to build WellBeam’s brand from the ground up
whilst driving tangible ROI through outcomes-led demand-generation.
You will have strong ownership and accountability of the Company’s marketing
efforts, forging both brand strategy and executing effectively on
communications initiatives that drive brand establishment and recognition in
the market. Critically though, your responsibilities will also include a
hands-on approach to targeted demand-generation efforts that have measurable
and opportunities-based ROI which helps the Company realize its annual revenue
growth objectives. You’re a candidate who is comfortable with being assessed
by the number of new qualified sales opportunities created as the north star
metric of success.
In this versatile role, you will be comfortable working across this range of
key marketing functions. You will also be equally comfortable working at a
high strategic and visionary level, as well as rolling up your sleeves at
detailed levels of execution, whilst ruthlessly prioritizing initiatives for
value optimization.

### **WHAT YOU 'LL DO:**
**Brand Strategy Development:**
● Build from the ground up a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy
that establishes the Company as a leading and recognized brand among target
customers and partners/collaborators;
● Using your knowledge of the healthcare industry and of the Company, identify
and execute focused initiatives to achieving this strategy;
● By significantly transforming the Company’s brand awareness, help to drive
increased credibility of the brand and therefore likelihood of successful deal
closure.
**Content Creation:**
● Support the Company’s subject matter experts in producing high-quality
marketing collateral, including customer case studies, white papers, blog
posts, and social media content.
● Source and gather client feedback and testimonials to highlight the impact
of our products and services; Case studies and white papers must be grounded
in attention to detail, comfort with numbers and quantitative ROI, and ability
to succinctly present value to target audiences;
**Demand and Lead Generation:**
● Develop and implement highly targeted lead and opportunity generation
strategies to drive new customer acquisition based on the understanding of a
B2B sales process of a digital healthcare company;
● Run thoughtful Account Based marketing strategies to move targeted accounts
through the funnel;
● Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to assess campaign effectiveness
and optimize performance. Be comfortable with being assessed by the number of
qualified new sales opportunities created as the north star metric of success;
**Digital Marketing and SEO:**
● Manage and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and
drive website traffic.

### **OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:**
● 5-8 years of marketing experience in a B2B digital healthcare company;
● Proven experience developing a leading and recognized digital healthcare
brand;
● Experience working in an early stage, fast-paced growth environment, with a
demonstrated ability to manage multiple key initiatives and projects, adapt to
changing priorities, and understand the objective and execute with little
supervision.
● Proven demand-generation background with proven record of achieving
qualified new lead generation goals;
● Strong proven background in strategic brand creation and marketing planning;
● Proven ability to create compelling and targeted content for various
marketing and social channels, with high attention to detail, superior grasp
of written and oral communication, as well as comfort with quantitative and
numerical data and ROI.
● Proficiency in graphic design and visual content creation is a strong plus.
● Experience in Hubspot preferred.
